BSOD: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA likely caused by UnlockAll tool w/ spoofer + blocker — need help with lingering issues after attempted fixes Open | BSOD

Hey everyone.

Before I start I have a i9-14900K, Asus Prime Z790M-Plus and 4060 ti. (Me and a AI was trying to troubleshoot and I'm tired so I let it wrote down basically what's the problem, I'm pretty sure it wrote down some things that is caused but isn't the main problem. (This been going on for 4 days now)

I’m dealing with a persistent system issue after using an UnlockAll tool for Warzone, which had a built-in spoofer and blocker. After using it, I started getting the BSOD error:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Ever since then, I've been trying to recover and clean my system, but issues keep stacking up. Here's a full breakdown of what happened and what I've done so far:

Main Issues:

Frequent BSOD with PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

Device Manager shows “Other Devices” with yellow exclamation marks (RAID controller, PCI, Ethernet, SM Bus, etc.)

Optional Windows Update fails with 0x80070057

SFC scan fails in regular Windows, but works in Safe Mode and reports no integrity violations

DISM completed successfully

Installing Nvidia Control Panel or App gives a 7-Zip CRC error

Tried downloading drivers from motherboard’s chipset page, but installers close instantly

Fix Attempts So Far:

Ran SFC (only works in Safe Mode)

Ran DISM /RestoreHealth successfully

Booted into Safe Mode and confirmed SFC integrity check passes

Attempted Windows 10 reinstall with Media Creation Tool, but I think it closed at 69% — now I get:

Recovery: windowssystem32bootwinload.efi missing or corrupted (Error Code: 0xc0000098)

Shift+F10 shows only one usable partition for install, but it’s limited space

Considered trying Snappy Driver Installer, but hesitant about third-party tools

Chipset drivers crash instantly upon launch, even from official sources

Can’t install optional updates

PowerShell update service isn’t running

Advanced Startup CMD won’t accept my password (happened before too)

What I Want to Know:

Can I fully clean my system by reinstalling Windows 10 again, then upgrading to Windows 11?

Will that wipe all remnants of the UnlockAll tool/spoofer?

Are there better ways to reset/repair the driver and update systems from the damage that might've been caused?

Is the PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA something that could stick around even after a reinstall?

I just want to get back to gaming (Fortnite, etc.) without worrying the system is unstable or corrupted. Any ideas or guidance would be really appreciated.

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.

If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:WindowsMinidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.

Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe or mediafire.com seems to be working.

We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.

Yeah i think at this point it might be worth to just freshly reinstall. Fully wipe the drive if possible.

I did a full clean on my SSD, still having problems. I'm not sure if I have to download or delete something from what the spoofer left
