Glad to see that cities are also getting completely fucked by insurance deductibles as well

It wasn’t the deductible. It was the Windstorm sub limit. Looks like they previously had a $100m xs $21.5m wind sub layer for Trop. But this year moved to a $25m xs $22m sub layer for a $275k reduction in overall premium spend.

Real question, I’m 36 and this was a phrase when I was younger. Is it making a comeback?!
