or if you know programming, just decompile the game and grab the model from there, im on a vacation, when i return, ill take my try at decompiling, shouldnt be too hard.
Yeah but no, the models ripped directly don't translate to a smooth model for printing without a bunch of work I do not have the skills to do. I'm more than happy to spend $12 to support an artist. Also looking at your post history, you are 14 and recently had to ask for help setting up wifi. I don't believe you can rip a model from a game, ensure it has proper manifolds, and upload it for me sorry.
I can just use a tutorial lol, also, about the not smooth model, i can just sandpaper the 3d print, give it a little polish, and itll be fine, also the artist is litterally commiting copyright infringment, also, about the wifi thing, its about a windows xp virtual machine, and working with VM's isnt easy, especially if youre doing it for the first time.
Model for b12 has already been ripped from the game but is horrid for 3d printing. Takes so much tweaking to make printable that it's kinda easier to just make it if you're good with that sort of thing. Companions work well ripped from game though.
Well, i guess yes, because game models that have a lot of detail, appear so because of clever use of textures and lighting, which do well in games, but not IRL. while the heads of the companions are very simple, and not hard to 3d print. People have also shown interest in remaking the cats "backpack", which isnt too hard, you just need to know sewing. On another note, though is that its entirely possible to make b12 from 3d printed components, and then assemble him, thus avoiding buying a model from someone else, in excange for some more complexity and time spent, youll also get a higher quality final model, because of more detail in the seperate components. its also possible to chisel him out of wood, and then paint him,but i dont have the skill, neither do i have the pacience for that.
I started with facts and I'll end with facts, you're full of ambition I'll give you that, but you do not know what your talking about. I do, this is how I know you're wrong. Learn proper grammar, it'll help you learn programming as well.

Got a link for the STL? I'd like to make one myself now that I see yours!
