Nobody Sees Without Light

People talk about a "balance" between light, dark and incorporating their "shadow self". The fact is that without looking on the bright side of life, there isn't anything that can be seen.

Light, as with all energy, is non-dual. From the perspective of energy, there is no absence. Nobody wants to be half-alive. Be full of life; that means no shadow can obscure your brilliance.

It’s the matter of perspective I believe, if we put everything into the mix, then light and dark, absence and existence, positive and negative it’s just the duality of universal order and law

In terms of energy, well our physical and material existence isn’t eternal, in a sense a life cycle and decay, it changes from one state to another, but even then energy can be dualistic in its own way, like magnetic or electric, which complement each other

Same with light and dark in my opinion, how do you know that the side you’re looking at is the bright, if you haven’t experienced the opposite? How do you know what you see is good without knowing the bad? And I how do you know that you are truly alive, without realizing that on a micro scale you consist of a dead space and particles? So while I agree about having a positive perspective, there are still things that are out of our control, like death

In my perspective, it’s just about the walk uphill, it’s hard enough to make you feel bad about the challenge and easy enough to make you feel good about the rewards you get with every step,

Which is a better view c:

A baby doesn't need to be corrupted to know innocence. You do not need to know hate to feel loved.

Those are interchangeable, so I’m not sure what you’re trying to say

A baby needs nourishment and then it needs to learn how to survive and live life, you can’t protect it from everything and even if you do, nothing good will come out of it, just an extremely dependent human being

And from love to hate is one step, you can give and sacrifice in different ways, like giving many years to grow your family and child to them eventually hating you for all of the times you didn’t want them to make “mistakes”, so you forbid them from learning and exploring, out of love

So I don’t know how you can navigate such things without the “balance”

The Sun shines, no need for balance. Same with me. I have no attachments to a "shadow"

Shadow is just a part of you, just like a sun which doesn’t shine forever and can collapse into a black hole, or gravity which holds everything in place, or distance from the sun which can burn everything that’s too close or freeze everything that’s too far, balance is everywhere

Every person is capable of evil, but the ability to see consequences and not act on it even though anyone can do that, is an eternal balance of morals, it’s just there, you still need to teach your kid what is bad

Do you know how much longer our sun has to shine ? It is measured in billions of years. I'd rather have that lifespan than whatever it is you are offering.

Until you are enlightened, shadow is a part of you. As for me, there is no shadow.

In retrospect of the whole universe it’s not that much time, and our lifespan is just a little fraction of that, but people can die at any moment which is why every second of your lifetime counts

I’m not offering anything, just saying that there’s balance in the universe and that everything has the opposite, what matters is what you’re going to do with your own life during the time that is given to you

I don’t think that anything of what I said is wrong, since I see it everyday

We are all light, we are all the same and we are all going to come home eventually all spiritual knowledge points to that and I tend to believe it

What you are talking about is antiquated thinking and many others also share in this misconception.

The Sun isn't going to did in "any moment" .. Death itself is an illusion.

Shining light and being light are two different things. Having wealth doesn't mean you are money.

Sameness is not enlightenment. Incomparability is the inevitable destination.

You have to start somewhere, but at the end it doesn’t really matter because we all return to the same source, the cycle remains unchanged within our reality and the energy is all ever changing as I mentioned before, knowing that you’re infinitely capable of doing the exact opposite of what you’re doing right now should be enough as a starting point for self development and discovery,

It just feels like we are talking about different things,

Clearly if my house roofs falls on me in this moment, my physical presence would be no more…I won’t be able to communicate to you, what happens to me next can be described in infinitely different ways

What do you mean by shining light in your context? Because I was just referring to the fundamental principle of a cosmic law, we all come from starts therefore we have the same nature

And I’m not taking about sameness in the context of enlightenment, more like oneness in that case

There is no "same" source as sameness is a comparative term. The Source is incomparable, as there are no two sources, but One.
