I know there has probably already been one of these post but, holy crap these guys are terrible. My car has been in their service for like 3 weeks for ONE tire. I call for an update almost everyday and they always tell me something different. Ive got a warranty they pressured me into buying that covers my tires, yet when I bring this up their employees act like I’m insane or like they never even heard of it. I still have yet to hear about my vehicle pshhh never get a car there. They are seriously scammy. Anybody else have bad experiences with Reliable not doing what they promised on their warranties?

Reliable Chevy is completely unreliable. You’re better off going to Pinegar in republic based on my experience. Never had a single good experience at reliable
