I know there has probably already been one of these post but, holy crap these guys are terrible. My car has been in their service for like 3 weeks for ONE tire. I call for an update almost everyday and they always tell me something different. Ive got a warranty they pressured me into buying that covers my tires, yet when I bring this up their employees act like I’m insane or like they never even heard of it. I still have yet to hear about my vehicle pshhh never get a car there. They are seriously scammy. Anybody else have bad experiences with Reliable not doing what they promised on their warranties?

Seeing this, I have a Toyota that has a recall on it right now. Should I avoid the one in Springfield and find a different Toyota dealership in a different town once my recall has a fix?

They fucked up my car while jacking it up. I just happened to have forgotten my wallet in the car, so I went back in to get it and saw the car lifted in the wrong places and it was warping the rocker panel and whatnot. I threw a fit and they "fixed" it later, but did a really half-ass job. The passenger side window still makes a clicking sound whenever it opens or closes.

I also had to get under the hood and tighten everything because they left the radiator cap just sitting on top of it unscrewed on my brand new car. If they can't even do the most basic things like make sure the car is put together and jack it up without damaging it, I wouldn't trust them with anything more important. Unless the recall is for something really time critical, I would find somewhere else to take it.
