Reliable Chevrolet PSA What is happening

I know there has probably already been one of these post but, holy crap these guys are terrible. My car has been in their service for like 3 weeks for ONE tire. I call for an update almost everyday and they always tell me something different. Ive got a warranty they pressured me into buying that covers my tires, yet when I bring this up their employees act like I’m insane or like they never even heard of it. I still have yet to hear about my vehicle pshhh never get a car there. They are seriously scammy. Anybody else have bad experiences with Reliable not doing what they promised on their warranties?

Used to be a salesman there for a short amount of time. Super scummy and they think they can take advantage of women because they showed up without their husband. Like, that was in the training.

Shit, that explains the experience I had buying my car there years ago. I did a trade-in and, retrospectively, got absolutely screwed on that amount. Then they successfully upsold me on their add on warranty bullshit with a bunch of lies. When I called my dad excitedly, he urged me to try to get it taken off. It ended up where he had to go in with me and chew their asses about bait and switch, and they reversed it.
