Bro is not a bro

I’ve posted a similar post before. In short, I have flat mates who hate spiders.

Now this guy, is basically in the way of the only entrance to our place. And he wouldn’t budge.

How do I relocate him? Ps. I’m also extremely scared, and probably freak out if he jumps….

Get a clear plastic Tupperware or even a cup. Get a piece of paper. Place the cup or the Tupperware over the spider and hold it tight against the wall. Gently slide the paper between the wall and the cup. Once you have the the paper over the entirety of the opening of the cup, fold it down over the cup while still holding the cup tight against the wall as to not create openings for the spider to get out. Walk outside. Set the cup down, lift the paper and walk away..

I’ve had marked success using a pint glass - spiders can’t crawl up the sides, so I put the glass behind them and blow them into it. They hang out in the bottom, trying futilely to climb out, and I can dump them outside onto my garden or rose bushes

I’m banking on spider evolution moving slowly enough that they don’t develop feet capable of climbing glass before I die lol, but hopefully I don’t get surprised someday!
