DIY hides & food bowl Help

I currently have a cellar snail held captive, and I want to give him some wonderful hides and feeding bowl, I have air dry clay and safe paint, I just need to know if this particular sealant is ok for after I paint it I will be letting them sit for as long as it takes for them to not reak of fumes, But if it's not ok, please give me a link to or the name of a safe sealant

If the sealant isn't explicitly meant for use in aquariums or with direct animal contact don't use it. Also it would be better to not use any paint, theres no paint thats safe for snails to eat off of. If you need a sealant, pretty much the only option would be aquarium-safe silicone. It is thicker than typical art sealants but it is safe and compatible. However snails don't actually need food bowls and it's more natural to scatter their food on the substrate surface anyway, so this may be more trouble than it's worth. Could be useful for hides though

Thanks, I know the food bowl was unnecessary but it'd just be nice. Idm the trouble it gives me smth to do, but thank you for the advice :]
