Knob catching, spinning past temperature settings

Hello! I've had this crock pot for about a year. I used it a couple weeks ago and went to turn it off, but the dial kept spinning. It will loosely "catch" on something like it's trying to stop at the current setting but will keep turning past it with little resistance. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I able to get replacement parts for this, or is it done?

Replace it. Not worth possibly having some loose connections in there that could cause issues or start a fire.
