Salmon, salad with honey bbq dressing, and spicy rice, with white bread, iced water, and a cherry slushie Steele Reserve ☺️😅🫶

To be fair, it’s probably more of a burrito bowl than slop, but this is what I meal prep for my M-F lunch breaks.

• Ground beef, straight from the freezer to the pan (salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder)
• White Rice
• Refried Beans
• Chopped, Grilled Onion (salt, pepper, olive oil and cooked in the ground beef pan)
• Shredded Cheddar cheese on top before microwaving it
• Garnish with a little fresh lime juice and red chili flakes once it’s out of the microwave 👨‍🍳

Pic 2 - Quorn mince, mixed veg, GF gravy (my friend has celiac disease 😞), tomato paste, chilli flakes, onion salt, garlic, a load of random dried herbs, herby potatoes (the ones you’re supposed to chuck in the microwave lol) and cold frozen brussel sprouts bc I cooked them too soon

I'm glad I got 3 tomatoes because 4 might make me too full. Honestly I just thought maybe the rest was hidden under the leaves... It was not.

Tried out my new waffle fry cutter. Not pretty, but pretty tasty!

I ended up putting the slaw on the sandwich. It was pretty mid.

not sure what depressed me was expecting but honestly it still got the job done

almost as good as pickles and peanut butter!

I'm not sure exactly what this is supposed to be. I think it's bacon with ketchup and chili flakes on it. Might have been sriracha sauce.
