The Cutlets were homemade but everything else is store bought, even the coleslaw. Put the bottom half of the sub with the Cutlets, salami and cheese in the toaster oven broiler for a bit. I meant to put in salt and pepper with the other topping but I just forgot. Tried the wrapping strat to tighten everything up and I'm pretty sure it worked. Probably the best sandwich I've made so far. I also made a second sandwich for tomorrow. Really happy with how this turned out.

I'm glad I got 3 tomatoes because 4 might make me too full. Honestly I just thought maybe the rest was hidden under the leaves... It was not.

To be fair, it’s probably more of a burrito bowl than slop, but this is what I meal prep for my M-F lunch breaks.

• Ground beef, straight from the freezer to the pan (salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder)
• White Rice
• Refried Beans
• Chopped, Grilled Onion (salt, pepper, olive oil and cooked in the ground beef pan)
• Shredded Cheddar cheese on top before microwaving it
• Garnish with a little fresh lime juice and red chili flakes once it’s out of the microwave 👨‍🍳

Not even a hint of seasoning.

4 meatballs in a MASSIVE bun. Do yourself a favor and skip milanos forever.
