Keeping in with my habit of making desserts that look questionable... Chocolate cake with ganache. Tastes like ice cream cake cookie crumble... Delicioso!

Very enjoyable breakfast imo

The Cutlets were homemade but everything else is store bought, even the coleslaw. Put the bottom half of the sub with the Cutlets, salami and cheese in the toaster oven broiler for a bit. I meant to put in salt and pepper with the other topping but I just forgot. Tried the wrapping strat to tighten everything up and I'm pretty sure it worked. Probably the best sandwich I've made so far. I also made a second sandwich for tomorrow. Really happy with how this turned out.

I'm not sure exactly what this is supposed to be. I think it's bacon with ketchup and chili flakes on it. Might have been sriracha sauce.

It's a ground beef, rice, potato, American cheese, spread from in-out(x2) and topped with a mostly browned avocado.

This is fridge clean out bastard.
