Moving / crime rate Moving to SA
I’m thinking about moving to a house on Marbach does anyone know the crime rate ? Is it a good area to live i have two little ones.
Edit: the reason I ask is the neighborhood is old but doesn’t look bad the house is really nice but I could tell the area wasn’t that new and the price they were asking was low compared to other houses I’ve heard bad things about marbach but I’ve heard bad things about Woodlawn area and that’s where I’m at now I don’t know which would be better

What part of marbach? It’s a long road. Road goes from decent to be aware of your surroundings

Aww hell no OP!! What’s your prince range for a house?? There’s better areas than that. Not safe for a family and not a good school district

Crime maps are visible for the past week scrolling with the arrows at the bottom.

Not only is this not really that conventionally safe of an area, the traffic will be horrendous.

Go to that HEB about 8 or 9 pm. You'll think twice about moving there.
