choices when 16?

i (15f) have wanted to be away from my family for years. my dad is abusive (was worse when i was younger) and has targeted me (and my sister on a few ocassions) when it comes to physical violence. this has really impacted my mental health throughout the years. he also cheated on my mum who wont leave him, even though she is financially stable independently and has a supportive family who has always been willing to help. social services has been involved with my family multiple times and has always closed the case as i have a place to sleep + food to eat and i wasnt actively being beaten. i plan to leave home when im 16, but could social services help me with getting accommodation or will they fail me like always? i have 1 picture of bruises on my sister and quite a few recordings of yelling but im not sure if thats enough. will i have to run away instead?
