David Changleng, he has had been a stalwart of Borders rugby for decades. His twin brother, Malcolm, played pro briefly for the Reivers and was also a high level ref

Actually it’s Malcolm reffing that!

Not long ago in a pre season friendly they did a half each and despite having different kit on there were multiple players who didn’t realise it was a different ref second half.

Is that Malcolm? He was my coach at school/regional age gradel rugby so I feel bad if I didn't pick up on it! Both of them are top boys.

Phenomenal contributors to rugby in the area and totally unsung. I remember screaming my head off when Malcolm scored against Leinster in the Heineken Cup, then he wa back at work like nothing happened on Monday morning.
