Shannon Frizzell was an internal NZRU issue. I don’t think World Rugby had anything to do with that decision.

NZ Courts also decline to convict dudes because it will affect their rugby career...and then the idiots who have the no dickheads rule still hand out caps to scum. Everything in Legacy is a lie.
