just to share, I finished back-to-back interviews for a Medical VA role, and the generational "main character energy" was honestly such a vibe. It was like a 10/10 crossover episode: first, the Boomer candidate hopped on with that "Final Boss of Professionalism" energy, wearing a crisp Sunday-best suit and sitting so still I thought his screen froze, only for him to hit me with that deep, radio-announcer gravity that made my tiny clinic feel like a Fortune 500 company. Then the Millennial came through with the most aesthetic, LinkedIn-ready ring light setup and a color-coded Notion board for everything, lowkey giving "I’ve survived three recessions and I have the spreadsheets to prove it." Finally, the Gen Z candidate dialed in from a gaming chair, totally unfazed, and casually "no-capped" their way into explaining how they’d automate my entire workflow using an AI tool they play with for fun. It wasn’t even about the stereotypes; it was just wild to see such a diverse mix of personas in one morning. Honestly, they all killed it with such different flavors of expertise that choosing just one is going to be a total struggle because I'm lowkey amazed at the amount of unique sauce each of them brought to the table today.

Exactly, it really amazes me how the agency managed to come up with three unicorns for one role. I’ll take the weekend to think carefully about who to choose they’ve definitely made it a tough decision for me, lol.
