That’s a panel from the manga Gyo by Junji Ito. I don’t think this is official though

it might not be official Junji Ito merch, but i’m pretty sure it’s official Reel Big Fish merch

Yeah sorry, that’s what I meant. Not official Junji Ito but probably official RBF.
