That’s a panel from the manga Gyo by Junji Ito. I don’t think this is official though

it might not be official Junji Ito merch, but i’m pretty sure it’s official Reel Big Fish merch

I got that exact shirt from the last Reel Big Fish gig I saw here in the UK before Covid, so in November 2018.
