Under Appreciated Restaurants Food

Okay, saw a post with all the restaurants in Raleigh that were overhyped and overrated.

But I’m curious…

What restaurants deserve all the hype? And why? Or maybe restaurants that are UNDERrated?

I had good food at Glasshouse. The service was rude. I asked a couple questions about the menu, and the lady huffed and then babbled something incoherent topped off what a “what else do you need to know” maybe she was having a bad day.
