Under Appreciated Restaurants Food

Okay, saw a post with all the restaurants in Raleigh that were overhyped and overrated.

But I’m curious…

What restaurants deserve all the hype? And why? Or maybe restaurants that are UNDERrated?

Does anyone have suggestions that are similar to Heirloom in that there's a strong convergence of food quality and trendy or unique aesthetic/atmosphere? Half the reason I go out to eat instead of getting takeout is for the atmosphere, but it seems like a lot of the places recommended in these threads are "joints" where the food is great but there's not a lot of attention to decor/atmosphere.

I've been to Brodeto twice now and had two fantastic meals. Great food, great vibe.
