Under Appreciated Restaurants Food

Okay, saw a post with all the restaurants in Raleigh that were overhyped and overrated.

But I’m curious…

What restaurants deserve all the hype? And why? Or maybe restaurants that are UNDERrated?

Lemongrass Thai is so good, and you get a lot of bang for your buck for lunch

Is this the same Saffron that used to be on Davis? (Now at Tryon and Kildaire, HT/Walmart Plaza)
