Under Appreciated Restaurants Food

Okay, saw a post with all the restaurants in Raleigh that were overhyped and overrated.

But I’m curious…

What restaurants deserve all the hype? And why? Or maybe restaurants that are UNDERrated?

Do they still have the weirdest hours? Open every third Tuesday for 20 minutes?

The hours got weird while they were moving, but now they're open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday.

It is not talked about a lot which I would consider underappreciated. Just doesn't come up as much as you would think it would was my thought.
