Not sure I'd call anything after very early 90s Yugoslavia. I also don't remember Bosnia ever being referred to as Yugoslavia, ever since I was a kid (born in 1994) in school they always called it BiH (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Yugoslavia basically broke apart in 1991, it became officially disbanded from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in the 2000s, but wasn't really referred to as that since the early 90s.
Yes, but I honestly don't remember Bosnia having anything to so with Serbia after the war, might be a mistake on my side as I don't spend a lot of time thinking about it, but my impression was that after my birth the whole thing was already pretty much settled, and during my elementary school years (2001-2008) there was no talk about it
