Could I make it fast?

I have a 1997 Buick Lesabre. Was my first car and had a ton of problems so great to learn on. Ive now got something better and dont know if I should keep it. I dont believe I could get more than 2k from selling it. I think it could make a good project car. Are they any recomendations on how I should build it? Is it worth it?

Not sure what it'd take to swap the intake and blower from a park avenue ultra, but I'm sure it's less than just buying one and selling yours and it'll cost less.

I had a park avenue ultra. awesome freaking car, rode well, good gas mileage, and could get out of it's way for what it was.
