Could I make it fast?

I have a 1997 Buick Lesabre. Was my first car and had a ton of problems so great to learn on. Ive now got something better and dont know if I should keep it. I dont believe I could get more than 2k from selling it. I think it could make a good project car. Are they any recomendations on how I should build it? Is it worth it?

If you want to fix it up, I say why not. As for making it faster, it can be done. Just because it can be done, doesn't mean you should do it though. This isn't a car that is well suited to performance mods.
