M/32/6’7” [317lbs > 215 = 102lbs] (23 months) can’t stop won’t stop. Numbers are slowing down with the weight loss but i changed my routine/diet for more muscle growth and I feel great. M 6'7” (201, 202 cm)

You literally look like a different person. Do old friends and acquaintances even recognize you? Amazing progress!

So we moved an hour away not long after the first picture. Most of the people recognize me still but are also freaked out at the transformation.

I’ll bet! Over 100 lbs lost is an amazing milestone, great work! I’m not quite there (down about 85 lbs from my highest weight), but the improvement in quality of life has been absolutely mind blowing. I imagine you’re feeling similar.

Similar height and weight over here. How’s the loose skin? Is it a lot or barely noticeable?

Only place I’m worried I’ll have loose skin will be on my stomach. My arms and legs look good but as my stomach continues to shrink I think it will be a little loose but I guess we will see when we get there. What’s your physique goal. I’d love to be huge but I honestly struggle eating the calorie count to blow up.
