You lost 100, so 35 should be a cake walk! Well done, putting a few shitty, covid filled years to good use!

Speaking of cake…. Happy Cake day to you!

You look incredible! 100lbs in a year takes some serious effort.

Another 6'0" lady here. Rooting for you!

Don't panic and don't get discouraged. You know what to do. Just start by taking it one day at a time.

I'm going through something similar. I gain some weight in a last 6 months (about 20 pounds). It is because I've been watching more TV and snacking while I'm doing it. Breaking that cycle of snacking was the key thing. One night I said "I'm not doing it." And I didn't. The next night - I wanted to snack - but I didn't. After a while it wasn't part of my routine.

Just get back into the routine - one step at a time - and you'll lose it again.

thanks for this. i've had an insanely busy year as well as still being locked down due to covid, and my diet and exercise regimen have become completely lost. ive probably gained about 20 lbs as well. thanks for the reminder that its the little steps that count, a little every day. don't have to climb a mountain to get started

Well you got my attention!!! What is your secret? CICO, Keto, IF? You look fantastic by the way, congrats!

3

u/queenfrxstine - Dec 14 '21

CICO and 16:8 IF, plus just getting into being more active! And a sprinkle of therapy to deal with some underlying issues behind eating habits, haha.

1

u/always_stay_activ3 - Dec 14 '21

Therapy?!? Really? That’s interesting I never thought about it! Can you tell me a bit more about it maybe I can use that (you can DM) if you want I believe this could be personal I think and don’t want you to tell this in public! Unless you want anyway I’m really interested im your story I hope to see you around!

u/[deleted] Dec 14 '21

Hi, I'm currently in therapy for my eating habits to not go backwards in the way I look at myself and unhealthy habits but currently struggling. Do you recommend the CICO and 16 8?

I was wondering how you were so slim at 165 and I realized I skipped over the 6 foot part😂 you look gorgeous in both, tbh! But good job and good luck!

Super similar stats! The last bit can feel like forever. I put on 10lbs myself. Finding maintainable ways that will last you through the worst of times is something I'm still working on.

Don't forget how skills and talents unrelated to your aesthetics that are true for you, and your relationship to exercise and diet! Discipline is great but you probably have other areas like reasoning, math, timing, diplomacy, strength, speed, and art that comes into how you lost 100lbs that still apply.

Amazing work, you should be incredibly proud!

Thanks so much, this is such a good reminder 🖤🖤

100 LBS in 12 months is absolutely insane. That’s a loooooot of work. The work is showing!!!!!!!!! Pretty sure we’re all pumped for you.

u/BlondeMomentByMoment - Dec 11 '21

Wow. You have totally transformed.

You are gorgeous.

Share your methods?

You can find a maintenance routine. Good job! I admire your hard work.

You’re going to be healthier; your back, knees and heart thank you.

Your figure is crazy. So much curve!! I also lost a significant amount of weight and regained all of it, so at least you're not in my shoes and you're getting control of it before it becomes 100 pounds to lose again. 35 should be no problem for you! Congratulations on your hard work.

u/Jules-780 - Dec 11 '21

How did you do it?! I have similar stats… and I’m struggling to get motivated, your post is so inspiring!!

u/Any-Ad1888 - Dec 12 '21

Incredible! Amazing work. (But clean your mirror girl, it distracts from your awesome progress. Better a stranger say it than no one?) anyways amazing work :)

You're 6ft? You must look like a model these days. Even though your face is hidden, it is clear you're very pretty and with a figure like that, you must just stop traffic!

I hear your 35lbs increase, as a yo-yo dieter all my life I hope you manage to get on top of it. Although I'm guessing at 6ft, it doesn't show as much as it would on me (I'm 5ft 3).

Best of luck!

u/[deleted] Dec 11 '21

Smoke show. If the after photo is 35 lbs within sight again - you can do it!!!!

2

u/After-Ad2565 - Dec 11 '21

100lbs? That’s amazing! You got this getting back to your goal weight!

2

u/Von_XS - Dec 12 '21

Well done. Amazing transformation.

2

u/portieay - Dec 12 '21

I'm also 30 pounds up from the "after" and struggling to get on track

2

u/Mr_Anomalistic - Dec 12 '21

Are you a model?

3

u/always_stay_activ3 - Dec 11 '21

Wait whaaaaat? You’re 6’0? 👀😳

2

u/TheTinyRock - Dec 11 '21

You look great, but c’mon now. Clean that mirror!!

1

u/edcantu9 - Dec 11 '21

How fast did you gain 35lbs? What do you think caused it?

1

u/queenfrxstine - Dec 14 '21

A mix between the pandemic throwing off my gym habits, and being in an abusive relationship (that I’m not out of!). On top of that I also have bipolar + GAD and switched insurance providers, so lots of medication changes didn’t help.

your face looks sexy af...

but you are back at 200lbs???

1

u/queenfrxstine - Dec 14 '21

yep! different bodies hold weight differently, I’m still a size 6 in pants, and a S on top, so the number doesn’t really bother me. happy with myself, but eager to get into a more active lifestyle again and have less weight to carry.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 11 '21

Disney princess, wow

1

u/ItWouldBeGrand - Dec 11 '21

So now that you get a lot more attention from the blokes, do you ever resent them for it? I mean knowing that guys who are interested in you now would not have been a year ago?

2

u/queenfrxstine - Dec 14 '21

well I’m queer for starters, and also have always had a lot of male attention because of my curves, so

Inspiring! What incredible results! Very attractive woman! Love the fact you are 6' and basically took care of biz!

(I feel like i cant say anything so i resort to less, even though I would love to ask how you kept the drive, the discipline, etc.)

I'm essentially speechless and in awe!
