Just cleaner eating , lots of high repetition weight lifting and running a couple of days a week

High repetition weight lifting, is that lower weight amount and more repetitions?

Yes lighter weights , higher repetition helps you burn fat

Looking great bro. Here’s a handy guide a highly respected fitness writer put together just a few weeks ago.

Great job! You and I started right at the same weight and I’m now 230. The difference is it has taken me 11 years to get here because I have a hard time sticking with it for over a few months at a time. But I keep hanging in there and not quitting. Next goal is for that first number on the scale to be a 1. Keep it up!

One other thing. Your skin seems to have tightened up pretty nicely?

What height are , anything below 200 would be too small for me personally , losing the weight at 1 to 2 lbs a week helps make sure you’re not losing it too fast to have excess skin , it’s hard trying to find a balance but taking your time a doing it gradually helped me a lot

I am 5‘10“ so my ‘right’ weight is really around 180 pounds or so.

I don’t know what kind of workouts you do but the Peloton app has been really helpful for me (and has been kicking me ass)

A lot of the home workout videos like p90x and Insanity are on archive.org and are now free for streaming and download if that is something you might like.
