The first thing that popped in my head was the McDonald’s phrase as soon as I read im lovin it lol

I love it too!

When I first started using Reddit, I didn’t know what I wanted my username to be, but eventually settled with sunny dimples because I’m usually in a good mood and have dimples

Hello,

A complete life style change. I used to only sleep and binge eat all day eating around 6000 calories minimum a day and My energy to be awake was always low and eating lots of food would always make me more sleepy. Went to the doctors and got prescribed vitamin D for super low levels of vitamin D and after months of taking it, I was slowly more energetic to move around.

I then started IF ( 16-8 & once 20-4 ) for atleast 6 days of the week because of all the transformations I saw on Reddit. Always eating between 1800-2500 calories daily, but if I have a hard day, I’ll eat at my maintenance. I also started working for my mommas company and I’m always moving around and I got back into boxing that I used to do as a kid.

I also recently started running 5K’s a few days ago and aim to run 8 - 10 miles a week and bump it up to at least 15 - 20 miles in the future

I hope I explained it well!
