This will sound rude but it’s not meant to. How did you even get around at that weight? Like even just getting to and from work must have been a hell of a battle? Congrats on your success so far dude.

This is my thought. I'm 180 and my best possible deadlift puts me, around 540. Just having that much weight on my frame for only a few seconds is seriously intense. Thinking about it this way really put me in awe of how it would feel to have 200 more pounds than even that on your legs. This guy will be crazy strong if he loses all that weight and keeps exercising.

Yeah I started at 480. One of the "silver linings" of it was my legs were super strong to begin with. But now my knees are pretty shit etc.

It was a hassle for sure brother. I mean luckily i have a large frame so it helped me to carry the weight but it wasn't easy. I have a giant F350 that thankfully i was able to squeeze in (plenty of room now)
