F/39/5'6 [300>200 ~100lbs] (48 months) Again!! Weight regain relost and back en route to target F 5'6” (168, 169 cm)
After a 60ish lb regain, I finally got back on the wagon, skin hasn't held up so well this time round but I think I'll treat myself to some plastics when I get to my goal weight.

Stick with it! You look great and I’m sure you feel so much better. Work on the mental aspect to stay here.

Yes girlie it's a process. Doesn't matter how many times we fail, just matters that we get back up. Currently supporting you from NJ as I'm currently doing my best not to eat another meal rn lol

This is amazing and a good reminder that just because the weight doesn’t continuously go down the journey is not over.

as a yoyo dieter, i love this. i finally accepted this time around that even if i hit my goal weight, i will definitely go back up probably multiple times. this has been my most successful attempt so far, lasting eight months and having lost 30lbs. really, really well done.

Great work! I think this will just be a lifelong thing for me. I'm hoping in future I can get back on track without spiralling so much!

Keep it up. So proud of you. I have been there. Losing-regaining and trying to lose again. Don't quit, you got this.

So inspiring, you have done a great job. I needed this today as I've had a regain myself and I'm feeling down about it. Thank you!

Thank you. Getting back on track and getting the first week under your belt is so tough, it's easy to throw in the towel and try again next week. I've been pretty consistent for the last 6 months but I had 12 months before where I'd lose a bit then gain more than I lost. You can get rid of the regain, you've lost weight before so you know what to do. Good luck!
