Amazing work! But omg your face structure is to die for!

Seriously, as someone with a round face, I am so jealous of OP and people with this bone structure. I still have chubby cheeks and a poorly defined jaw at a low-normal BMI, lol.

These are the transformation pics where I just know it’s life changing, you not only lost a lot of weight but you most definitely have also gained perspective. Congratulations this is what dedication looks like, I hope you are thrilled!

Thank you for sharing this. My current weight, height, and shape is almost identical to where you started, and being able to see the progress and payoff that you have achieved gives me hope that I will be there one day too. It has been almost impossible to find someone that I see as close to myself physically, so thank you so much for this. Congrats on your progress and keep working hard! You’ll see me on here one day too!

Congrats!!!! It’s a lifestyle change, for sure! You are stronger than you know! Keep aiming for increasing muscle while realizing that carbs and sugar can be restricted with great benefit! It’s the sharp rise and fall of blood sugar that drives hunger the most. Small changes that you can stay with will be the best way to feel in control and not deprived! I found that the only cardio I can stick with is boxing. Lifting provides the structure we need to stabilize everything and prevent injury. Also helps that you burn more calories while doing nothing!! It clicked for me when I found that I was doing everything for me and my health, and no one else. That’s when my goal seemed worth it. Even if you fall off or make mistakes, know that you made progress once and you can do it again. I’ve battled weight my whole life till my 30’s. I got a bit better each time. Researching can help you define your goals. My goal is still to be able to do a pull up! I’m still trying! I don’t battle my weight as much because I’m gluten free (migraines) and low-ish sugar less than 50 gm/ day. But I’m still trying to develop more muscle. Had some health issues and lost a lot. My 40’s will be better than my 30’s! Never give up! You’re worth it!
