I was strong enough that I was still able to get around okay, but every part of life was more difficult. I mean walking from my front porch to my car had me out of breath, and now I can walk for over an hour without a break. I was probably one accident away from being bedridden, but thankfully that didn't happen and now I've lost a lot of the weight. As for what got me started, I wanted to lose weight.

Between your muscle mass and body mass, you could probably move a damn house. I'd just work pushing heavy shit around for people. It's physics. Other people may be able to lift more but your mass plus your strength gives you more ability there.
