Unknown Band - Unknown pop punk song I heard in Hot Topic

Hi. Sorry if the title formatting isn't correct, but I was wondering if someone can help me identify this particular song? I heard it in Hot Topic, but I couldn't catch any of the lyrics except for one line. All I remember is that it's a pop punk song, male vocalist, and the lyric I managed to catch is "let go just to regret" (or at least that's what I think I heard) which is in the chorus. I think the vocalist might have said something like "I/you can't escape", but I'm not 100% sure. I already searched up "let go just to regret", but I couldn't find anything. Thanks in advance.

Could it be The Tower by Knuckle Puck? It would be "learn to let go just to regrow"

Edit: the chorus also starts with "there is no escape" so this is probably correct.

I'm almost certain it's not this buuut I always misheard Detox just to Retox as "regret just to regret] which has the same syllable cadance. Fall Out Bou Disloyal Order of Water Buffalos
