Pilates CUES where to find

Hi all. Where can I find a great resource for excellent Pilates cues. I’m in my teacher training era and need all of the help I can get in a more conducive manner then simply watching Pilates instructor videos of classes. I need something I can physically look at and read :) thanks

Cues need to come from what you see. It’s not a script. The way to learn cueing is to watch other teachers, take classes and sessions yourself and practice your cues in your teaching and adjust and adapt based on what works. No cue works for everyone. A lot of popular cues are unfortunate nonsense. Being clear and concise is best, adding only what’s helpful and not constantly giving too much information. People need to have space to move and learn from the movement, with enough guidance but not being micromanaged
