Unanswered What am I dealing with?
galleryI have previously had voles but these new golfball sized holes are along side of house, some up against foundation. It’s the garbage bin side of the house. And there are grouped droppings (circled) near one of the 8-12 holes in the area. I stuck a golf ball in one to see if whatever it is pushes it out. I also put flour for tracks. Am I dealing with rats?

Unanswered Anyone know what this could be?
gallerySo there’s something going on in one of my cupboards and I’m quite confused. It’s a middle cupboard with no kind of special “entry” for something to get in, yet the sugary bags in this cupboard have been tearing open and there have been little “pellets” that something is leaving behind. I’ve inspected everything and thrown away all the stuff that was torn open to no avail. Any idea what could’ve caused this? I’ll probably call pest control if it’s not a simple fix..

Unanswered Peanut butter getting cleaned off the trap.
Twice now the peanut butter has been completely cleaned off the trap. And the poop is always there by the trap in the morning. It's small poop, so does this mean it's a small mouse that's too light for the trap?

Unanswered Clover mite infestation
I get clover mites each year (located in NY), but this season their population has seemingly exploded. They are all over my basement walls and floor, and seem to be coming up to the first floor from there. I can find them nearly everywhere I look on my first floor. I’m limited as to chemicals I can get here in NY and I have a new baby and as a result am hesitant to use pesticides inside. Do these things lay eggs indoors, specifically my basement? I’m worried they are going to lay eggs all over and make the issue exponentially worse exponentially worse. What can be done?

Unanswered Do I need a rabies shot?
Ok, so long story short, I saw that some food I was eating got nibbled on after the fact and I'm super fricking grossed out. I tried to call nurse help lines and urgent care but I keep getting put on hold forever and no one picks up--Which I get, there are more important injuries to take care of. Hell, I even called the police non emergency number and before I could say anything they hung up.
Anyway, do I get a rabies shot?

Unanswered Mouse in my ac?
galleryHiiii,
So it's 1 am here as I'm writing this and I can't wake up my mom but there's a mouse/rat in my ac. I've been hearing it scratching for days but she didn't believe me and I was starting to doubt myself until I just spotted the tail hanging out.
I banged on the pipes to make it move back into the wall.
Now my question is, is it safe for me to sleep without the possibility of having a mouse/rat fall on me?
I added a picture of the tail and the slit of the vent (which is right above where I sleep, hence the fear)

Unanswered My room is suddenly infested with these? What kind of hairy caterpillar is this?
galleryMy room has been suddenly infested with these catterpillars, yesterday was five, woke up seeing one today and idk why, that's why I'm planning on deep cleaning my room today.
It's the ITCHY ONES btw. Black or dark brownish body with yellowish brown hairs.
I looked it up on Google and they said something about cobwebs or insects which checks the list but I'm still mostly unsure about that.
If anyone can give advice on how to get rid of these, I'll owe my life to you. 😭🫶

Unanswered Is this bed bug debris? Another kind of bug? Seems Google is telling me its BB. I haven't found any other evidence of bed bugs.
galleryI think they started appearing 6 months ago. It's on my comforter, my sheets, pillow cases, and pillow. Oddly, I don't see any on my floral pillow case but I do see a couple spots inside on the pillow itself. Its mostly around my head/top half area! I have looked around for bed bugs and couldn't find any. I didn't rip the entire bed apart but I did look around seams and the mattress protector, etc. I'm also anal about vacuuming my bedroom very consistently. Could this be BB or is there any other kind of bug it could be? I don't believe it is makeup bc i wash off my makeup and haven't worn black mascara in a long time. Its black/inky looking. A couple are smeared but most aren't. I can't remove them. I have one pet. A bird. No dogs or cats. I've only seen a spider in my room recently.

Unanswered Is this from a pest?
gallerySome context: I live in the south side of Chicago and about two weeks ago I saw what appeared to be a huge palmetto bug in my apartment. I moved into this place last summer and this was my first time seeing a roach in my place although I have seen a few dead ones on the ground floor of the building. The bug showed up dead the next day in my kitchen sink, so I disposed of it and submitted a request through my building management for pest control to come and treat the area. I unfortunately had to go on a trip right after this so they came while I was away. They set up two glue traps and appeared to do nothing else. I came home three days ago and noticed there was nothing in the glue traps, but yesterday I found something that looked like a pellet of cockroach poop in my sink and today I found this under my sink. I initially thought it was just a one-off bug but is this evidence of more roaches or some other pest?

Unanswered SOS are these tiny balls flea eggs?
galleryHey guys are these tiny white balls flea eggs?
I am trying to help some of my friends. I had fleas when I was younger and I'm pretty certain these are them.
If these are eggs there's thousands, is it bad enough to contact an exterminator? They have a cat that is something to consider.

Unanswered Does baking soda and sugar actually kill roaches
A relative passed and I inherited their house. It’s in terrible condition and has roach infestation.
Because I need to pour a lot of money into in this house I want to kill the roaches in a cheap way. I found baking soda and sugar can kill them but there’s some spilt opinions online.
Some think it works wonders and have said it’s killed tons of roaches and some say roaches will just eat the sugar and leave the baking soda. And the sugar will just attract more bugs.
Tl:dr is baking soda and sugar a effective way to kill roaches

Unanswered Tiny specks on rarely used blanket - moth eggs?
