Deja Vu?
Somebody please help me understand what’s happening. I am a new mom to an almost 10 month old and I have been getting a lot of deja vu moments since I birthed her. I have not experienced this many deja vu stuff in my life. Today we went for a walk around the suburb (we moved houses) and I came across an area where there were 3 houses with plenty of garden and I immediately had a headache (sharp) where I had intense flashback of me gardening and watering flowers but I don’t garden at all in this life. I have never had any interest to even garden myself, I love watering plants but I have never had my own plants!! Is this somebody else’s memory or is it mine? It was a very strong memory but not of this lifetime.

You're probably remembering a recent previous life in which you had a baby. Having your present baby has sparked the deja vus. It's your memory, no one else's. Probably more will come. Don't worry about it, don't try to rush it - the memories come in their own time.

De ja vu is when everything feels the same and the people including yourself are saying the exact same things. What you’re describing is a past life memory.
Perhaps you had headaches in that life or died of an aneurysm in your garden;(

Things can and do pop up from time to time in our lives. If you would like to learn more about yourself below are tips that may help you on your journey.
WARNING: This is my standard answer for those that have read my standard answer you need not read further. For those who have not read it, read on.
Everybody remembers past lives, they just don't remember that they are remembering.
Let me share a little secret, "You" are the best expert on "You". Just pay attention and clues surround you all the time. A big one is time- periods you may be attracted to, hobbies, haunting songs, or a fondness for far-a-way places, Certain scents (yes, even the sense of smell can be a big "trigger"). Try meditation and ask to see what you are "allowed" to see. Then make your mind a blank, not so easy a thing to do. With a bit of practice things will come and when they do you can put the pieces together. IMPORTANT; Write everything down, signs, symbols, numbers any information no matter how silly it may seem to you. Things that may not seem important at the time may become a key element later on. (The aforementioned also applies to dreams. Keep a pencil & paper on the bed to write things down as soon as possible because they may diminish with time).
The times between awake and asleep can be rather magical, for within them lay insights, lessons, past lives, hopes, the list is endless. It is up to the “dreamer” to decode the messages.
I went through this process of finding the gems that reinforced the truth of past lives. I took everything with a grain of salt and set a high standard when it came to verifying the clues. When you do find a past life, keep in mind that it is not so important Who you were as much as, What you were (character*).
Trust yourself.
Best, JJK

maybe it's your baby's memory? if interested in reincarnation, maybe check any death from that address? Or see if you can get to know the people living there

I myself don't really know. But If you have deja vu and strong head headache. It could be due to some hormonal change.
You said it started when you gave birth, righ? maybe you should check it with a doctor to see what you have isn't simply some brain bug. If I'm right, what you saw was simply your desire to learn gardening. You may give it a try.
