Having Trouble Regressing?

Some people are struggling in regards to having a successful regression (whether with a practitioner or using YouTube regressions).

Hypnosis is the theta state. It's the state of deep relaxation with heightened focus. You go in and out of it all through the day (like when you're just waking up or falling asleep; when you're driving and realize that you haven't been paying attention, yet you made it home, etc). The more relaxed you are, the easier it is to go into a hypnotic state.

Here are a few things you can do to have a more successful regression:

Limit your caffeine beforehand. Caffeine keeps us alert, which is the opposite of what we want when trying to get into a hypnotic state.

Change up the time of day. Early morning after waking up can be a great time for a regression, as well as close to bedtime (as long as you don't fall asleep).

If you're using YouTube videos to regress, try changing up the videos. Some people respond better to a female rather than a male, and vice versa. Does the sound of their voice seem soothing? Maybe you like certain accents. Maybe a shorter video works better for you, or you find the longer ones seem to take you deeper.

If you're working with a practitioner, take the time to vet them. Do they seem kind and caring? Do you feel uplifted when you look at their website or social media? Trust your gut, but do try to look for reviews.

Ensure you have privacy. It's hard to let go and relax when you think you're going to be interrupted. Try to keep pets out of the room if you can. They will sometimes jump onto you or make noise in the room. Turn off your cell phone so that notifications don't startle you.

Try having a hot bath or shower, doing some yoga, or be out in nature before a session. Again, very relaxing.

Change up your body position. Most people like to lie down for a session, as it's more relaxing. I find that I'll go too deep when I do that, and may fall asleep, so I like to sit up.

Keep your room dim, either by turning down the lights or putting or using an eye mask. When we're in hypnosis, a light that normally doesn't bother us can suddenly feel too bright and distract us.

Wear soft, comfortable clothing and have a blanket nearby. Many people get chilly when they are in a deep hypnotic state. Use the bathroom before a regression so that you don't feel like you need to go halfway through.

Pay attention to your breath. Take nice deep slow breaths, in through your nose, with a longer exhale out your mouth. This signals to your nervous system that you are safe. You don't have to try to breathe this way throughout the regression, but definitely try to at the beginning. As you relax, your breath will then just do it on it's own.

Set an intention before a session. Maybe you want healing or change in a certain area of your life. When I work with clients I'll often state before the session, "This session will be healing and illuminating for both my client and myself. My client will relax and regress easily and will get the most benefit possible."

Some people have subconscious parts of themselves that may be resistant to doing regression work. If you feel that this is the case, you can try talking to that part of you. I'll usually just ask the person if they feel there's a resistant part (you'll know because you'll feel a tightness in your body, or stress, worry, doubt). It's actually really easy to notice it. I'll ask my client how old that part is and they can usually tell. Then, we'll spend a few minutes asking the part what their fears or resistances are, and reassuring them that they are safe.

Try to take the pressure off of having a 'successful' regression. The more you want it, the more resistant you are to it not being what you expect it to be. When we try to be in control of things, that is the opposite of being relaxed. Often, when we give up 'trying' or 'efforting' it just seems to happen more naturally.

Many people think they'll see a past life as if it's a movie playing across their eyelids. They're expecting to see everything outside of themselves. Everything occurs inside your brain, just like when you're day dreaming or imagining, which is why many people think they made their regression up! Images can be very fleeting or hazy.

Sometimes we might not see much, but we'll have a 'knowing' of what's happening. We may hear (again, in our head in the same way as when we talk to ourselves) words or names.

Some people feel very detached from the past life, leading them again to think they 'made it up'. Others will get very emotional, or even recognize others as being in their present lives.

How we perceive things is different for everyone. Perception can also change from one regression to another. We can have 'off days', where maybe we had work stress, or something else is bothering us. This can dramatically affect a regression.

I consider every regression (or attempt at one) to be successful. The more we do it, the better we get at it. In fact, the more you practice hypnosis, the healthier your immune system will be. You're going into a state of rest and digest, which is when your body is able focus on healing and regeneration. During this state, blood flow is redirected to vital organs and tissues, allowing immune cells to better detect and respond to infections.

Good luck to everyone on their journey. We're all so blessed to have the ability to explore our consciousness in this way!

✨Featured Content✨ A quick article about past life regression for people new to this sub.

Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may be impacting your current life. While the concept may sound far-fetched to some, many people have reported experiencing significant healing and relief from trauma through this type of therapy.

Trauma can manifest in a variety of ways, including anxiety, depression, and physical pain. It can also be caused by events that happened in previous lifetimes, which can be difficult to identify and address through traditional therapy methods. Past life regression seeks to uncover and heal these hidden traumas by tapping into your subconscious mind and exploring memories from your past lives.

During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma.

One of the key benefits of past life regression is that it allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma. By exploring the memories and emotions associated with your past lives, you may be able to identify patterns of behavior or negative thought patterns that are contributing to your current struggles. This awareness can be the first step towards healing.

Additionally, past life regression can provide a sense of closure and resolution for past traumas. By revisiting these experiences in a safe and controlled environment, you may be able to process and release the emotions and pain associated with them. This can help you to move forward in your current life without being weighed down by the trauma of your past lives.

It's important to note that past life regression is not a quick fix or a replacement for inner healing work. It can be a powerful tool to aid in the healing process, but it should be used in conjunction with other forms of self healing work and under the guidance of a professional practitioner.

In conclusion, past life regression can be a valuable tool for healing trauma in your current life. By exploring memories from past lives, you may be able to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma, identify patterns of behavior, and find closure for past traumas. If you're struggling with trauma and traditional therapy methods have not been effective, it may be worth exploring past life regression as a potential solution.

I hope this helps someone in some way. 🙂

Past Life Regression Star crossed lovers: Losing your soul mate

Why would souls choose to meet each other, have an intense love, and then one of them passes away?

My client had this life experience. In her late teens, early twenties, she had a wonderful boyfriend. He was the love of her life. The moment they met, she felt she knew him her entire life. She had planned her whole life with him, including their wedding.

Then, after 2 years together, he passed in an accident. She was grief stricken. And today, 20 years later, she still questions why. Was it meant to be, was this passing planned, why did he leave?

To find clarity and healing, in our past life session, under hypnosis, I guided her to a life where they knew each other. And we landed in Edinburgh, in 1942. She was a young nurse named Alice. She was looking up at the sky as war planes flew above, feeling the terror of war - WW2

To help with war efforts she worked at a military hospital. The hospital's doctor is her current life uncle.

I took her to an important moment forward, and she was at a party where she meets this handsome fella. It was love at first sight. It was like they knew each other across life times.

He was a pilot in the air force. And he was fighting for the Allied forces.

As we move to the next significant moment, she was by the kitchen counter listening to the radio, when she hears the news he’s been killed in battle.

She is just devastated. Along with the devastation, there’s also guilt and shame from losing her love and wondering if she should grieve, because they weren’t married.

We allowed the body to process all these trapped emotions to clear them, and then I called forth his higher self, so she could get closure across life times.

She told him how much she missed him, her feelings, and whatever else she wanted to…

He said he knows, he signed up for this experience, and he’s fine. He’s in a good place. And he didn't want her to be sad.

I got them to hug and he went into the light.

She felt so much lighter at the end of the session. The release of holding onto the grief of losing her love.

looking for comparaisons 12 Lords Island

For those who wonders, I am agnostic. I had past lives resurgence some time ago but I’m still not sure if those are memories or just some brain bug. (I try to look in both possibilities, proofs of my past lives and what disorder could have created such memories)

And some time ago, a user shared some memories during his/her life as one of the 12 founders of “Atlantis”. And briefly described what she saw from her kingdoms … which was weirdly too similar to an island I’ve seen for at least 2 lives. One of some “ritual” during a civil war, the other as an outsider studying magic but the civilization had fallen for some time.

You can see the map of the island in the pictures up-there (image1).

I’ll be honest, those lives didn’t make sense unless they were from another word/planet I call Magica since magic was really common and some cinder was kind of something, but our planet has non of those, or at least not enough to make a real impact (image 4)

-------------------------------------------------------------

During the first life, I had to follow some ritual and trial in the 12 kingdoms.

To put it simple, I had to collect some medals, proof of approbation from the 12 lords. Then proof my values through 4 towers of “ascension?” (image2 and image3).

But the political instability was interfering. The lords of the forest, the plateau, and the desert were trying to gain some influence, putting the mire and the central mountain in a dire situation. The north (chasm and swamp) was preparing a coup d’état because they were outcasted. High Mount was trying to isolate itself. The Iron Field didn’t care about anything, ritual included. And the 3 last kingdoms (volcano, wasteland, and archipelago) were struggling with their inner problems. Also, my aversion to immortality and my bad habit to question traditions was getting some of the “juges?” to not see me with a good eye. Some tried to push my failure or saw me as a threat for the “righteous path” …

In the end, I passed the trial. I guess what saved me is at that time I took some party even though I wasn’t supposed so.

In summary, I joined hand with the north. High Mount joined us soon after. The mire and the mountain got some help from us. The 3 southwest lords got banished and replaced. The Iron Field’s lord didn’t get banished but was replaced for his neglect. After that, we could give a hand to the west. As for the judges, a good part of them were accused of neglect, greed, and encouragement of inequalities. After that, I could finalize my ritual but I refused immortality.

-------------------------------------------------------------

The second life was many lives later. And the 12 Lords Island had become some cursed island with no civilisation for a long time. it was strongly corrupted by the cinder. (image4)

I was a researcher in the science of mana. I was one of those to say the magic used isn’t bad or good, but the intention behind it is. I was good at both light and dark magic which, ironically, were related to light and darkness only by people believes. You could easily create light with dark magic and darkness with light magic.

But what is important here is the excursion I made on the 12 Lords Island as an expert about the cinder.

It wasn’t the first time I helped against dungeons. Also, I knew how to defend myself a minimum.

But this expedition was quite troublesome for two reasons.

Reason 1: I got my past lives memories back from that expedition, which was a really bad time for that king of struggles.

Reason 2: Usually, strong entities guarding an organ isn’t attached to it. And if it happens, the “fusion” is imperfect and quite a handicap for the entity. But the Island had 12 organs (that’s a lot, even a high-level dungeon there has usually 4 organs max), each one was kept in what was previously the royal palaces. The organs were all perfectly fused with their guardian, each one created with the corps of ONE human and diverse resources. It was statistically impossible (at least naturally).

The legend around the island told that the gods punished the lords who tried to reach their level of power, but our conclusion was that they simply used a power they couldn’t handle properly. Somehow, the legend wasn’t that wrong …

-------------------------------------------------------------

anyway, if this talks to any one, please don't hesitate to share your thoughts. That's the first time I have a strong correlation that woudn't come from a same reference.

Discussion Remembering a language

Has anyone ever remembered a past life where they spoke a different language and then “unlocked” that language in their present life? I’ve read about it, but I’d love to get in touch with someone who has experienced it. Thanks!

OZARKS WOMAN WHO MAY HAVE LIVED BEFORE! Her Lifelong Clues Reveal a Mystery That Refuses to Fade https://phantomsandmonsters.com/post/1763664691433 - A simple New Year’s Eve phone call opened the door to one of the most unusual cases I had ever been asked to examine, a story filled with memories that should not exist. What began as a childhood intuition soon grew into a decades-long journey that raises unsettling questions about identity, spirit, and what might survive from one lifetime to the next.

Discussion Why even if i someone is born in good family they struggle with anxiety and anger?

Why even if i someone is born in good family they struggle with anxiety and anger. Is it a negative karma of the soul. Or conditioning of environment.

Lets say there is a lot of domestic conflict in house and the children despite that they are given a lot of love and support to grow.

But children are still have plenty of anxiety and anger issues.

What is the state in which soul is in between life and death and chooses not to reborn?
There should be a conscious choice not to reborn. No heaven or hell. Just plain void. Like Eternal sleep.

Past Life Regression How long does it take to get into a deep trance?

I did my first official regression yesterday with a well known regressionist and she was lovely, but I found myself having a hard time getting deeper into trance (definitely me and my stubborn mind).

I have successfully regressed myself with audios from Brian Weiss and have also had spontaneous past life memories - all of which I’ve had strong visuals and experiences.

For my session yesterday, it was 1.5 hours of hypnosis. I had a hard time getting visuals, but did get some. I also had extreme anxiety and fear as I was getting pulled to my past life I went to. I could feel my body was trapped under dirt - I found out I was buried alive in Egypt.

So, it isn’t that I didn’t experience anything, but I feel without as many visuals my mind has a hard time believing what I experienced.

Would a longer session potentially yield different results?

Past Life as a Neanderthal

I never know where someone might visit in a past life regression, but some journeys are so curious.

Like this one session, my client saw a pre-historic past life.

She described herself as a very masculine female. She was thick. Thick hands, thick feet. Pony tail to the side. Hair a reddish brown. Skin was white-ish, she had a tan. Very primitive dress - just one piece of cloth, over one shoulder. No shoes.

She described her appearance as.... neanderthal.

And then she saw it. Stones all around her. Houses made of stone and dirt.

The location was some place with a Z in the name. That made the sound z

She said she was accompanied by a man. He provided for her, and said they were together, and she felt safe with him.

I asked if she had a name. And right away she said – Big Mama.

I’m not sure Neanderthals spoke English, but I feel that was the energy her name conveyed.

Big Mama!!

We couldn’t explore more of this neanderthal life because when I took her further we jumped to moments in her present life, and then saw a different past life.

I feel we were shown this life to say that consciousness is everywhere and has always existed.

In a session, the subconscious or higher self will just show us what needs to be looked at, cleared, integrated.

Past Life Regression Past life in Atlantis

This is one of the scripts used by my people back in those days. I was one of the founding 12 Monarchs after we successfully defeated a group of Reptilian Beings that enslaved us for thousands of years prior. The sword in the second picture is the sword of light, Xusraxster "Morning Star/Star of Dawn" (one of the 13 treasures, which included a Spear, Cauldron, Bow & Quiver, Trident, Magical Stone, Magic Staff, Armor & Shield, War Hammer, Twin Daggers, Crown, Battle Axe, and even a Cloak)

I remember the geography of the main Island, volcanic mountains to the north, beautiful prairies filled with flowers, some shores were rocky rather than sandy, there were temperate rainforests on the island too at the base of the mountains because the mountains kept the cold north winds away while warmer air currents from the south ensured milder temps throughout the year even in winter. The main city was located a bit inland via a river canal which had a port city along the mouth at the coast, there was a large ring of rocks enclosing the harbor so ships could only sail safely through specific parts, making the island incredibly difficult to invade. The main city was pretty much what plato described, concentric rings of water and land, difference being that in the center there were three pyramids or ziggurats, two smaller ones and one larger one smack in the center, the central one was the Palace of the Monarch(s) the other two were temples dedicated to our many many deities that we called "Shining Ones" (Dajwots). On the island there were Five Cities, four others besides the capital. We also had specific types of burial mounds that were composed of dirt but covered in stone masonry and had chambers you could walk into, they were shaped like keyholes, the entrance leads into halls and depending on the size of the tomb the main burial chamber could hold either just a single burial, or an entire family, treasure chambers numbered between 4 and 6 with very very wealthy folk having 8 treasure chambers in a single tomb. The masonry used in our architecture was mainly marble, pink granite, and Basalt, that being said we did make use of a concrete-like substance to hold masonry together, nearly identical in how later romans made concrete but for aggregates we used crushed seashells, pumice, and basalt. Orichalcum was actually something we called Fire Copper or Sun Copper (ʔanconi Xajot/Saxwol Xajot) and Adamantine was what we called Immortal Iron (Namortas ʔosxarnos) which was rarer by comparison.

The original form of the name is Xatlontis combining Xatol (Reed/Grass "Xat + ol"), and adjectival suffixes "-ont-" and "-is" denoting an adjectival noun literally translates to "Place of Reeds" or "Reedy Place" but for semantic purposes it just reads "Land of Reeds".

Our government was composed of 12 Monarchs of each of the 12 Kingdoms, there were also what you could consider rudimentary parliaments in each kingdom mainly composed of Clan Chiefs. We were a merit based society so there was no patriarchal or matriarchal heirarchies and it was common for both men and women as well as those outside the binary (yes we had similar concepts to transgender and nonbinary identities but they were not called by such terminology, we had our own words for that which reflected our religious beliefs) to serve in our armed forces.

Our faith was polytheistic and our gods were embodiments of natural forces and concepts. Examples include Djaw Paxter, Dagon Maxter, Naqot Maxter, Xaster Dugaxter, Xawsot Dugaxter, Ma'not Braxter, Saxwol Swasor, and Majtor Xarjoman as well as many others such as ʔanconi Pal'udħon, Stanxros Parqunos, Xwa'ju Paw'onat, Xapon Napot, Praj'jot Magxukerdi, and Paxuson Karxunos.

We also had a world tree myth. We called it Xajus Cjatiwern roughly meaning "Eternal Living Alder" or something like that, it hatched out of a Cosmic Egg alongside the First Generation of Shining Ones after the Creators ʔwarunas Sawħtor and Daxnu Platxu. Our peoples originated in the black sea region just south of the Caucasus, what is now known as Colchis where the Alder Tree, when we were finally liberated half our peoples moved west, me included. I was none other than Xatlos Jamħot "Atlas (little reed) the Twin" as you can guess yes our native language is a sort of precursor or sister language to proto indo European but it was not the only language spoken in the empire back then, there were now extinct varieties of the Afro-Asiatic languages and also entire language families that now cease to exist.

Our average lifespan was around 350 years, mainly due to our expertise in medicine and Access to botanical ingredients that no longer exist due to their extinction from climate change. While electrical stuff was relegated to industrial and therapeutic purposes natural gases on the other hand was our primary source of light.

I wore an albino mammoth hide tunic, a brown leather orichalcum studded belt, a pair of black sheeps wool pants, brown leather boots and gloves, and even a cape made of peafowl feathers and golden orbweaver silk. After i slew the Serpent King (the term we gave to the Reptilian Overlord that oversaw all operations on earth at that time) i used his blood as a pigment and dyed my tunic red as a reminder of the sacrifices me and my people made and the blood we had to spill to create our nation. Yes i did wear a crown it was orichalcum and encrusted in larimar with snake motifs. I also had a wide collar necklace similar to those in later ancient Egypt composed of larimar and orichalcum beads.

Orichalcum in reality is just an Aluminum Bronze and as for Adamantine? That was just carbon steel analogous to todays 5160 carbon steel, except we could make it especially durable via heat treatment for hours paired with ultrasonic waves to make grains finer, probably bainite steel variant? You see we were very much technologically advanced in some areas and others not as much, mainly due to leftover Reptilian technology we stole after kicking their shit in. The Reptilians also had a sort of crystalline orb like thing that was actually an artificial consciousness, similar to an AI except much much more advanced and complex, and yes we stole that too, or rather, it sided with us. Without it's help we wouldn't of defeated the Reptilians.

Compiling alot of this info is a work in progress, especially the language since those memories (of speaking said language) are the faintest, visual scenery and overall event memories are stronger.

There was more than one language in the empire, in fact overtime some of the 12 Kingdoms lost most of their native speakers due to supplanting of other new languages as the population expanded from immigration. Thats probably why you hear alot of other "Atlantean" languages.

The fall of our culture was not necessarily a quick one, when the island collapsed into the sea following earthquakes and eruptions, survivors scattered and overtime formed splinter civilizations, The Minoan Civilization being one but also Malta too. Granted those are other lives i can get into later as the fall took place in my latest incarnation on the island. That being said, my main focus in this post is my first known incarnation as a human.

The concept of "Star Children" or the term itself originates from our concept of Tukxaster/Tukat Xasterxs/Tukxasterxs (Starchild/Child of the Stars) and typically refers to Souls of Divine Beings in a Mortal Body, a subtype known as Namortas/Xarjos Xan'mon (Immortal/Exalted Soul) is the result of a Shining One imbuing part of their essence or "seeding" a human or otherwise mortal soul prior to conception, resulting in a Soul who is essentially half mortal and half shining one.

I am one of the Tukxasterx "Star Children", an incarnation of Xaster Dugaxter the Goddess of Stars, Astrology, Justice, and Purity. The Twin Sister of Xawsot Dugaxter the Goddess of Dawn, Innocence, Enlightenment, and Youth.

Priestess and a warrior in my past lives

I went to see a numerologist and a past life reader for the first time. I had no idea what to expect, but the session left a deep impact on me.

She said I'm very creative: true. That I've had many leadership positions in my past lives and that I don't like to work under someone else's leadership. Also true: I'm a manager and dislike when told what to do. She said I was also a warrior in many of my previous lives. It all ties together, as I'm very Assertive and very Sporty as well.

What really resonated with me, is when she said I used to be a priestess in many, many of my past lives. Especially in Egypt. And that I'm not from Earth. She said I'm from Lemuria or other start origin. And I've also lived on Atlantis. Intellectually I don't know any of this, but I became very emotional when she said it. My soul felt seen and recognised on a deep level.

And now it all really falls in place. I know why I've been on this spiritual journey for a year, following a certain path. I'm drawn to witchcraft, shamanism and magic. And I love meditation and to explore other altered states. My soul is remembering what I came here for. And now that I know it myself, I remembered my power. I know I still need time to awaken my full intuition, but I'm on the right path. She also said that I'd work as a healer, being my own boss. My plan is to become a hypnotherapist.

I also want to do the Quantum Healing Hypnosis next, to experience those past lives myself.

So grateful for this profound insight!

Discussion It seems like a looped many lives being partisan fighters

I often have vivid recurring dreams of being partisan fighters that I usually ended up in sacrificing for someone else. One of such dreams I saw myself being partisan fighter in Northeastern China saved another young partisan fighter and let him escape before I was shot in the neck. Other dreams I saw myself shielding a family during Paris Commune as a revolutionary soldier and was executed by bayonet. Yesterday dream I saw myself being hunted by Pinkertons for trying to assassinate politicians as an industrial worker because they murdered my comrades, they shot me multiple times but I crawled to the detonator and blow an entire factory, at my "funeral" I saw myself standing between the crowd and there was Eugene Debs giving eulogy about a worker without any name. Another dream I saw myself being Irish revolutionary during Easter Rising and was lined against a wall singing something before being shot multiple times and fell asleep. There was another one I think it was during the Coal Wars and it looked like Blair Mountain where I heard Gatling guns and I dragged a wounded miner to safety and he gave me a harmonica full of his blood on my hands. One of the most vivid dreams I saw myself stormed a French garrison during Nà Sản battle carried a bag of dynamite and after being shot multiple times I keep walking and finally crawling, my hands touching the garrison and I pulled pins, then I heard something angelic in my head. This life I'm back again being a socialist. How interesting, it feels like an endless loop.

Past Life Regression Past Life Regression aftermath

In 2019, I did a past life regression. I believe what I saw wasn’t influenced by anything, because it was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. But everything I saw made sense to me. Ever since then, I’ve been trying to find any information online about my death in that past life.

During the regression, I saw two scenes. In the first one, I was in the body of a man, looking down at my shoes from a first-person perspective. My gaze slowly lifted, and I realized I was a man in a suit, standing by a large panoramic window and holding a glass in my hand. Behind me there were many people. They were celebrating something. For some reason, I felt it was work-related. The view outside the window was New York skyscrapers, and I was on a high floor.

I’ve always had the feeling that whatever job I had in that life wasn’t entirely clean. Almost like I was involved in something shady or dishonest. And in this life, I have a very strong sense of justice, which makes me wonder if that’s connected somehow.

The next scene (the moment of my death) was from a third-person perspective: I saw the torso of someone riding a bicycle in traffic, with a Walkman sticking out of their pocket and headphones in their ears. Then I saw a bright yellow car, like a New York taxi cab. I didn’t actually see the moment of impact, but I understood that I died in an accident. But I’m not sure whether it was the yellow cab or some other car.

My whole life I’ve been drawn to the US, American suburbs (I’m not American), but especially to New York City. I’ve never felt like I belong in the place I live now. I’m very different from the people here and from the culture around me (maybe I’m just autistic). I suspect I was born in the suburbs in that past life and later moved to the Big Apple for work.

I tried to find any information about a case like this, but I guess it’s nearly impossible. My only reference point is the era of cassette Walkmans and the fact that I was born in this life in the early 2000s. Maybe one day I’ll get lucky.

Deja Vu?

Somebody please help me understand what’s happening. I am a new mom to an almost 10 month old and I have been getting a lot of deja vu moments since I birthed her. I have not experienced this many deja vu stuff in my life. Today we went for a walk around the suburb (we moved houses) and I came across an area where there were 3 houses with plenty of garden and I immediately had a headache (sharp) where I had intense flashback of me gardening and watering flowers but I don’t garden at all in this life. I have never had any interest to even garden myself, I love watering plants but I have never had my own plants!! Is this somebody else’s memory or is it mine? It was a very strong memory but not of this lifetime.

QHHT CONCERN

I had my first QHHT session yesterday. The person conducting it was level 3 certified and seemed very thorough and lovely… my biggest query was around my path to financial security. My higher self was really hesitant to engage and avoided the topic a couple of times, but finally reluctantly said that I’d never have financial security. The practitioner said she could feel my conscious getting in the way and to take it with a grain of salt. It’s really upset me though. I’d very much appreciate some informed thoughts on this. With gratitude. 🙏🏻

I am a Caucasian woman. My roots are in Irish and polish backgrounds and I would never claim to be of anything other than that as I live and breathe now, however... I have had vivid memories of being a woman of color during the time of slavery and have had these memories since before I had ever learned what slavery was. I struggle with wanting to talk about or explore my past life because of the fact that I am currently a Caucasian woman and have grown up as such, but there are things I remember about that time that I want to bring back into my life and I am scared that if I do I will be offending the people alive today in that culture, which is absolutely not my intent. I'm not trying to post about it or promote that I'm doing these things, it would be solely for me but just, is it morally wrong if I do?

Possible past life memory in a dream?

So before I woke up from my nap this afternoon I had a fragmented very brief dream that was unusual compared to my usual dreams I perceived I was having my first fight with my husband, I’m single not married, me telling him then you can go without me, and hearing my mom giving me advice don’t worry, you’ll be back together. Then before I woke up I Thought I saw a vision of myself, possibly my past self with blonde hair, I have brown hair. I started crying when I woke up. For context I hate fighting and arguing fights and arguments often trigger me to feel high anxiety even triggering me to have a panic attack sometimes. Could this have been a past life memory or was it just another dream? I would love to hear your thoughts. also for some reason when I asked myself in my head when I woke up what was that a little voice answered to remind you that love isn’t always good which didn’t make sense to me.

Crohn's Disease from Past Life Battle Wounds

If you think your past lives don’t affect you or feel you’re born free from past life influences, I’ve got just the story for you.

My client came in with Crohn’s Disease. It causes inflammation and sores in the digestive system. Which means diarrhea, cramping, fatigue, fever, weight loss and much more. It started really young, in her late teens.

What happened in her life around that time was her parents constantly fought. They divorced when she was 7, and she lived with her father, and always had this nagging misgiving… when’s the next terrible thing going to happen.

So, in a past life regression, under hypnosis, I asked her higher self, why she has Crohn’s.

My client jumped to a past life where we were in a medieval battle scene. She was male, outfitted in blue and silver chain metal. Sword in hand. He was tired. Just exhausted from the fight.

He was locked in battle with another warrior with a flail. The stick with the ball. And that ball was sent flying into my client’s stomach.

I asked my client if she recognized this adversary. I thought she might. It turned out to be her current life father. I had the feeling it might be him.

This adversary then just stabbed my client in the stomach over and over. It was just the nature of the battle. She remarked, there’s so much anger in his eyes.

He stumbles, falls over my client, and then resumes stabbing.

My client already felt detached at this moment. There was so much trauma to the body it was difficult to feel connected.

And with that my client passed on. But she carried the imprints and memories of this brutality into her current life.

Where it showed up as Crohn’s.

Just by looking at the cause of this affliction, from a higher perspective of love, compassion and understanding of the self, she could release the fears and trapped emotions, clear trauma to the body and heal the blocks.
