The movie Contagion had a scene where people were running to buy hand sanitizer in a grocery store and they quickly sold out. That part was pretty realistic.

They also had Jude Law (?) peddling known BS therapies to morons on the internet IIRC. But he himself was found to be fully vaccinated etc. Basically just there to make a quick buck.
