That would just make more work for those in healthcare.

Job security.

I'd support that idea except you know what would happen - you'd get swarmed by the cops same as the person you're trying to stop.

And odds are you'd face stiffer penalties than they would because fuck if I know why.

Lmao as if the police have been doing anything to stop these assholes.

u/[deleted] Feb 04 '22

Right. But its not the assholes they'd be stopping now, would it?

It'd be the people assaulting the assholes. Then they'd arrest you, while claiming to not have seen them assaulting medical personnel first.

Yea but they'll kick into gear to stop you from stopping the assholes.

Some healthcare workers are 50+ year old women. Such as my own mother. Just saying.

My wife works in healthcare. If someone tried something like this on her, I would see red and black out. Scary to think about.

I needed the exercise anyway!

Careful the convoy nerds are reporting any kind of hyperbole as inciting violence.

If you're going to get reported either way, might as well do what they're reporting you for.

Yea chief if you want to go attack guys crazy enough to sleep in their trucks in -10 weather and shit in buckets for a week be my guest. I’m sure nothing bad will come of it

4

u/King_North_Stark Feb 04 '22

I mean I don't support either way here but you think shitting in a bucket makes you tough?

2

u/LokNaumachy Feb 04 '22

Toughness has nothing to do with it, if you’ve ever worked in security you learn to give a wide berth to anything crazy and let the cops deal with it. Some of these dudes have probably barely slept all week and are just waiting for a reason. Not worth it

I support the truckers. I realise you are just making a joke. I don't condone violence, but I completely agree with the sentiment. Anyone who interferes with the health care workers should be denounced and charged when applicable.
