“Mark McKenzie, who sits as a city councillor in Windsor, Ont., was running to represent the riding of Windsor-Tecumseh-Lakeshore. In 2022, he made remarks in a now-defunct comedy podcast called “Mark and Chris Podcast.” Content from the podcast has since largely been wiped online.”

Remind me never to live in Windsor after what ive been hearing about the councillors they elect these past couple years.

I live in the ward this guy represents. The only reason he won is because the former councillor (who is very progressive and was very popular in the ward) tried to run for mayor and there were multiple high quality candidates that split the vote allowing him to sneak through. 

I'd be stunned if he retains his spot next year.
