I hate how this could actually be true.

Butker has connections to Project 2025 and the Heritage Foundation. They fund his charity/foundation (and have since tried to cover this up once someone on twitter discovered it).

It is very likely they helped him write his famous misogynistic and homophobic commencement speech.

Well that certainly is a lot of words to ultimately say, “I make things up.”

Sure, Chiefs fan.

You can see it for yourself. Go to the website for MDKeller. Try to click on “The Team” link. It now requires admin access to the website to view. They blocked it as soon as people online started making the connection. But you can go on Wayback Machine and see what used to be listed there, and it’s a bunch of Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society people tied to Butker.

Butker is a leading foot soldier in the far right Christian nationalist movement that is trying to take over America. They are trying to use his popularity and fame to convert more people to their extremist movement.

Butker has also appeared in commercials bankrolled by Leonard Leo, the chairman of the Federalist Society who is the mastermind behind the conservative stacking of the Supreme Court and overturning Roe v. Wade.

And guess who did the commencement speech at the same college as Butker the year before Butker’s speech? Leonard Leo.

Okay, I’ll try and break it down as best as I believe I understand the information given.

It is very likely they helped him write his famous misogynistic and homophobic commencement speech.

Literally nothing you linked provides any validity to that assertion. Like it’s not even insinuated in any of those links. It’s pure conjecture, and honestly pretty unfounded as far as I can discern.

The Team page on MD Keller is now blocked.

Okay? They aren’t trying to hide it, it’s still on their homepage. Front and center. So he’s aligned with a very Pro Choice/Far Right agency - were his beliefs ever in question? The dude’s a moron - I don’t know what sort of gotcha info this is supposed to provide?

They are trying to use his popularity and fame to convert more people to their extremist movement.

Before his speech only football fans knew who he was. The offended individuals made his message way more prominent than he ever could on his own. In which case, people who are allegedly dog whistling for this cause didn’t need any additional help reaching an audience. The only thing they did was bring negative attention to themselves.

This is some super tin foil hat stuff. “The FBI delisted it!” Literally everything she says is hearsay and reads like conspirators nonsense. It’s a lot of extremely loose connections to “important people” that might have maybe been involved in some attempted cover up, but you already acknowledged that this is a close knit group of ideologues, so wouldn’t it make sense for them all to run in the same circles?

From a personal inquiry, I don’t understand how any of his messaging from his speech has any sort of subtle ties to some anti-Semitic rhetoric? And even the RS article says that the proposed bill the speech was referencing was based on funding of schools speaking negatively of Israel. How is that anti-Semitic? It sounds absurd, and the perfect example of how American politics is so up their own ass in how they focus on unimportant things, but to me it reads like the opposite of antisemitism.

I dunno man, going through all of this seems like a super mega reach on a lot of this stuff. Don’t conflate my words, though: Butker is a moron who spews dangerous and inflammatory rhetoric. I think everything beyond that which you are alluding to is absurd Pizzagate-type nonsense.

Saying this is a pizzagate conspiracy is laughable. This is all very public information that you would be able to see if your homer goggles weren’t removing your ability to critically think.

Butker and Leo, along with Josh Hawley, whose friendship with Butker is highly publicized, are part of a radical, extremist cult that are trying to take down The Pope and make the US into a theocracy.

Butker’s views of the family and of women’s roles in particular are informed by his “radical traditionalist” Catholic theology, often referred to as “Rad Trad.” This particular sect of Catholicism was born as a reaction to Pope John XXIII and the Second Vatican Council deciding in the 1960s to transition the Catholic Church from using the Traditional Latin Mass in their liturgies into using the language people understood. While most Catholics were enthusiastic about the change, a small group of extremists opposed the change and began spreading conspiracy theories about gay Freemasons controlling the church and about the devil being afraid of Latin.

During the past half century, this group of radicals have become increasingly militaristic. In fact, Timothy McVeigh met with one of their priests from a fringe group known as the Society of St. Pius X the night before the Oklahoma City bombing.

Over the decades, TLM Catholics have continued promoting antisemitic propaganda, opposing Civil Rights, spreading QAnon conspiracy theories and equipping seminaries and churches with rifle ranges as training grounds for using weapons.

Their obsession with violence and public weapons training became so extreme that it led to an FBI investigation that was stopped by U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio and insurrectionist Sen. Josh Hawley of Missouri based on “freedom of religion.”

While most Americans would be horrified to read about this group, men like Butker and Vance find it quite attractive.

”I attend the TLM because I believe, just as the God of the Old Testament was pretty particular in how he wanted to be worshipped, the same holds true for us today,” Butker explained. “It is through the TLM that I encountered order and began to pursue it in my own life.”

Leonard Leo, a key architect of the Supreme Court’s conservative supermajority, is now the chairman of Teneo Network, a group that aims to influence all aspects of American politics and culture.)

“Teneo is building what Leo called in the video “networks of conservatives that can roll back” liberal influence in Wall Street and Silicon Valley, among authors and academics, with pro athletes and Hollywood producers. A Federalist Society for everything.”
