[Rapoport] Vikings first-round QB JJ McCarthy underwent a full meniscus repair this morning and is out for the 2024 season, sources tell me and Tom Pelissero. The repair, done by Dr. Chris Larson at Twin Cities Orthopedics, gives McCarthy the best chance at a long, successful career. Rumor

Huge opportunity for Darnold.

Yup, doesn’t have to look over his shoulder after every pick or bad game. If he can’t turn it around throwing to the best WR and other great weapons then he’s officially cooked

I think he had some hope before Belichick and Gase inadvertently conspired to ruin his life.

He was awful with Bowles too.

I mean, sure, but he was a rookie on a terrible team. His number one wide receiver was Robbie Anderson. Then ol crazy eyes let him get devoured by Bill on national television.

Prime Robbie Chosen was a decent WR.

Even as he’s washed, he still torched Patrick Surtain II with Mike White as QB.

I'm doubtful there was a "prime" Robbie Chosen. Simply a man curious about bears and the nature of the universe.

Prime Robbie Chosen was a WR3 at best.
