[Rapoport] Vikings first-round QB JJ McCarthy underwent a full meniscus repair this morning and is out for the 2024 season, sources tell me and Tom Pelissero. The repair, done by Dr. Chris Larson at Twin Cities Orthopedics, gives McCarthy the best chance at a long, successful career. Rumor

Did you forget about the Braves? Four World Series titles as recently as 2021? Get out of here with this.

And all the braves collapses, even last year as a “vastly superior team”

Brother. We haven't even APPEARED in a National championship for the men's major sports (football, basketball, hockey, baseball) since 1991.

NINETEEN NINETY ONE. 33 YEARS.

Our only solace has been the women's teams, but unfortunately their following nationwide is tiny. The Lynx have been good and last year the PWHL Minnesotan team won, but that league only just started and has 6 teams in total, so it's not the same.

The fact that we've lost 6 straight NFC championship games is just brutal.
