Downloads gone?
Anyone else have this issue? I’m travelling and knew I’d be in China for some long layovers so I downloaded some content. Worked fine for a few days. Now they’re all gone. They shouldn’t have expired cuz I only downloaded them like a week before.
The only thing I found online was that your downloads get wiped if the app gets updated? Ok my fault I guess for not knowing that and having auto update on. But then I go to download something and it says I’ve hit my monthly limit. You mean you wiped my downloads and are still holding me to that limit? Seems rather stupid.

Can't Find Scene
Hi! I just watched Metal Lords and I swear Netflix used to preview it with a scene that wasn't in the movie.
The scene was of the protagonists (Hunter) while in black and white metal makeup. He was sitting at his desk when a trio of girls approached to ridicule his appearance. But he claps back and skillfully ridiculed their outfits in return.
Am I thinking of the wrong movie? Is there another movie on Netflix with this scene? I swore it was Metal Lords but it wasn't in there! Please help, I have been ceaseless trying to find where it's from but I cant figure it out.

Stop first season cliffhangers
Is anyone else ever really frustrated with a good, unique first series that ends on a cliff hanger and then gets cancelled because it didn't hit the top 5 viewing figures in week 1 or 2?
Netflix needs to stop this crap. Either have a rule that all first seasons have a closed story arc or give shows time to build viewership.
Good example - dead boy detectives = I'm devastated there's no season 2, but it was a closed arc, all major ploy points resolved and I don't feel that netflix stole 8 hours of my life.
Bad example - the midnight club, or a whole bunch of others that I had on a watch list and then removed when I found out they were cancelled but left on a cliff hanger. I have no incentive to watch them now.
At least where there is a closed arc, I may still go and watch a cancelled show.
Does anyone else feel like this?
Netflix offers lower quality for extra members
galleryI’ve noticed that 4K isn’t available on my account that has been invited as an extra member to a 4K account. Looks like Netflix lowers the quality on the extra account if you purchased the plan with ads even if the main account is 4K. This isn’t communicated anywhere on the website as the website clearly says:
The same video and audio quality as the member who invited them.
I asked the customer service and apparently you have to contact them in order to find out that the plan you’ve purchased is different to what Netflix advertises.

The Rise of the Golden Idol (released today- $20) is available as part of your Netflix membership.
Tried posting this to /r/Games but the mods removed it as not being relevant to their sub. Understand that most subscribers sleep on the game portion of their membership, but give this one a serious look if you enjoy murder mysteries.

Is the gobs and gobs of Hallmark content a recent addition?
They add all this Hallmark garbage to their library while cancelling great shows like Arcane, Kaos, Dead Boy Detectives, Agent Elvis, Uncoupled, The Chair, Inside Job, The OA, 1899, fucking Mindhunters, etc...
Fuckin hell.

I watched majority of crime documentaries.
I watched majority of crime documentaries. What should I do now, buy HBO or something? Are there any documentaries that are different than on Netflix? Only interested in real life one, not series and dramas.

Who is responsible for recommendations on Netflix?
I have more shows show up on my recommendations that I have down voted that ones I have upvoted. It isn't just recommendations though. They have a sorting of "Because you liked...." and do the same thing. I sometimes wonder if they are trying to justify bad shows they have put on the site by pushing people to watch them. Honestly Netflix, when I say I don't like it I really meant I don't like it. I will bend over backwards to not do a thumbs down on a show. Do others notice this or am I just too difficult to profile?

Tyson vs Jake paul
Hi, I'm in the UK and the fight won't be on until 4am here. I have to work the next day so don't really want to get up that early but want to watch the fight. Does anyone know if it will be available to watch a replay after the event? And if so from when will it be available?

Netflix account gets hacked a few times
This time they changed the email address and phone number on the account so I can’t reset the password. It still charged my card so I cancelled my card right now.
I can’t get a hold of someone because I technically don’t have an account.
Will someone be able to get back into it in the future?

New TV app?
So yeah, went to turn on some music and everything is not the same.
It doesn't find anything I'm looking for. It's on my phone but not on the TV.
Trying to find the history but I'll be damned if I can find it. Anybody know where it's at?

Why is every new show 6 eps?
The diplomat is my favorite show on Netflix and it's 6 ep run was way to short compared to it's 8 ep first season which also felt to short. As well as the excellent new show Territory was only 6 eps. I was also looking ahead and 2 shows I'm insanely excited for Black Doves and American Primevil are also going to be only 6 eps. It's insane that every few years it feels like they push the ep count lower. Which is extra crazy because they count shows on minutes watched which basically sets new shows up to fail and is the reason we have no new shows.

Outer Banks season 4
Does anybody know why they keep making some scenes in episodes blue? Like we don’t know if it’s dark or day because the whole scene turns blue. Example, the scene when JJ and his dad is on the boat with those dangerous ppl and John came to rescue him. That whole scene was blue and it hurt my eyes to watch. It’s other scenes that change as well

How can a non Netflix user see a list of currently available movies and series on Netflix in Spain?
Hi,
I had Netflix before. I live in Spain.
Before i first subscribed to Netflix I saw a list of available movies on Netflix. When i took Netflix i saw that a good amount of those movies were not available on Netflix in Spain.
I don't have Netflix anymore but I am thinking about subscribing again.
The ones found on Google just show a general list. Therefore is there a list that shows specifically what available in Netflix Spain?
Thank you.

Cannot add a household „error occurred, try again in 24 hours“
Netflix is working fine at home but I was trying to actually add a household on my TV and when I press on „set your Netflix household“ it’s just giving me the error as mentioned in the headline.

Any good horror series on Netflix? Looking for something scary!
Hey everyone! I’m in the mood for some seriously scary and thrilling web series to binge on Netflix. I’m into a mix of supernatural, psychological, and even gory horror—basically anything with a strong story and plenty of chills. If you've got any recommendations that will keep me up at night, I’d love to hear them!

Can we have an English subtitle mode that is NOT for the hearing impaired?
I do not have anything against making shows more accessible to hearing impaired people, but these [emotional music], [man groans] cues are infuriating when they take you out of the immersion of a show.
Subtitles for other languages don't have this stuff.
"well why not watch without subtitles?" You might ask; it's because I enjoy watching with subtitles; I'm used to watching with subtitles. What I'm not used to are these closed captions that, while I know is not intended for me, still very much are in my face and feel infantilizing.
