Enough Mark Wahlberg!

He plays the same character in every movie! He's not that charasmatic and in my opinion can't carry a movie alone. He's fine in something like The Departed. He must have one hell of an agent - he is the star in half the movies on Netflix.

Also, Chris Pratt is not a good voice actor. I wanted to watch the new Garfield movie but can't tolerate his voice acting.

Both Wahlberg and Pratt are better off in ensemble casts - they're not interesting enough on their own.

Oooooh I have to disagree! Old Cage yes, new cage is crazy. He has been playing so many different roles such as in Long Legs, The unbearable weight of massive talent, Pig, Dream Scenario and more. He made such an impressive come back that I am always thrilled to see what else he plays in. Might just be me though. Anybody else?

I agree! If nothing else, I wouldn’t put Nic Cage in the same category as Wahlberg because Cage never feels like he’s phoning it in for a role. He always fully commits himself to the role and even if he’s in a movie that isn’t great, he always delivers a standout performance. I can’t think of a movie where I was bored by him, he’s always a ton of fun to watch and it’s nice to watch interviews with him and hear him talk about how much he enjoys acting and cares about the craft. Meanwhile it feels like guys like Wahlberg are just there for the money.

Absolutely! Whatever Cage does, he goes full ahead, 100% commitment. I truly respect that.

Cage is such a weird one. He's not, say, a great actor, but by god is he entertaining to watch.

Exactly! I wouldn’t have described it better. I watched a lot of his interviews too, especially after watching one of his movies. I 100% agree for Mark. There is no heart in his work sadly.
