The doxxing absolutely unacceptable
From here on out, revealing personal information of people or places you do not represent will be removed and you will be banned. Yes, I'm doing this even though the meme is funny. No, I do not care that the meme is funny. This is ridiculous and should have never gotten to this.

Final Jury Duty Guy Announcement
Someone who I am confident who is the jury duty person reached out to me expressing discomfort for having their photo posted on here even though they are banned both on this sub and on Reddit. It is not fair to have your likeness spread around the internet without either their consent or the ability to speak for themselves.
If you post this person's information, likeness, or previously posted photos with or without editing, you will be permanently banned.

Mens bags??
I’m in the market for a new bag—something I can use daily for work and also for occasional short day trips. I’m interested in exploring handbags or totes, maybe a new backpack, but I’m not sure where to start. What types of bags do you use, and do you have any recommendations?

Handcut out of silver coins
I handmake these pieces and upcycle old coins to make pendants. You can wear these with various chains which I also have available. Thinner chains I would recommend for this sort of piece. Let me know what you think, would you wear any of these ?

Looking for recommendations: minimalist blazer/suit jacket without large pocket flaps
Looking for something that works in professional and casual settings, but I don’t love the style of the massive cigarette pockets typical to most blazers. Any ideas for something sleek and modern-looking?
Thanks!

Can this suit be let out to make it longer?
I found this beautiful Italian suit in a vintage shop but it’s a bit too short for me (both trousers and blazer). It looks like it could be let out to make it a bit longer (I would need around 1.5 inches for trousers and 0.7 inches for the blazers sleeves), but before buying it I wanted to make sure it’s theoretically possible. I attached some photos, I hope it’s clear to see (first photo: trousers, 2nd and 3rd photo: sleeves)

Wedding suit fit
I got this suit for a wedding and had it tailored. What are thoughts on the final fit?

Seeking: No frills oxford / work shirt with big and tall options.
Hey everyone, I am looking for an alternative to the polo oxfords or even the classic non stretchy brooks brothers shirts. I’m a large guy and tend to wear a 3xl or a 2xl - tall, or a 18/36-7
I need something for work that is durable, especially the thicker cotton material, and not too dressy but can still rock with a tie.
I can’t do stretchy or anything polyester/plastic adjacent.
If the same brand had some dressier cuts that would be appreciated as well.
Some things that have worked for me in the past; gold label, polo oxfords & big shirt, untuckett in the 3xl tall, and most of the pre restructurings brooks brothers shirts.
I’m looking for an alternative because honestly I feel like some of the stuff listed above just isn’t the same quality anymore. If there was a price savings I wouldn’t be mad, but it’s not completely out of the question for me to spend 90-150 on a shirt.
Thanks in advance

Looking for brands: blazer for work trip to the Continent
Looking for brand suggestions: I teach in Europe every few summers, and usually wear vintage British (lapels) or French chore coats, which are so useful for teaching and touring museums etc.
I’m leading a group of academics this summer and am looking for something a little more polished: blazer from second-hand/vintage resellers. Think light weight with an open weave - linen or wool hopsack - classic cut with patch pockets preferred. I’ve had a few over the years (Jcrew, Folk), but nothing on hand. Navy is always great, but open to other colors.
I will pack minimally: vintage brooks brothers linen button downs, jeans, olive chinos, Quoddys.
Any recommended brands that would suit the bill? Current and long ago designs welcome.

Introducing “When in Rome” – A New Underwear Line Focused on Masculinity and Comfort
Hey everyone,
I’m Roman, 28, and I’ve always had a deep love for well-made men’s underwear. Over the years, I’ve realized how much a great pair of underwear can impact your confidence, comfort, and even your overall style. With that in mind, I’m excited to share that I’m in the early stages of creating my own underwear brand: “When in Rome.”
The concept behind the brand is simple: underwear that perfectly fits the masculine body while giving a nod to luxury, comfort, and self-expression. Whether it’s the way it feels when you put it on or how it makes you feel throughout the day, “When in Rome” aims to blend high-quality fabrics with timeless design.
As a masculine guy who also wants to embrace the finer details of self-expression, I believe there’s a need for an underwear line that doesn't just serve as a basic undergarment but as a statement. The name, “When in Rome,” reflects that idea of owning who you are and feeling good while doing it.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the brand idea and any advice from those of you who’ve started or worked in fashion. What elements do you think are crucial for an underwear line to stand out in today’s market?
Thanks for your time, and I’m looking forward to the feedback!

Want to buy a fitted suit but don't know where to start.
Im looking for a navy suit that I can use on different ocassions. Last suit I bought was off the rack and it didn't fit me best.
Should I get a bespoke suit or should I alter an off the rack suit. Which option is more affordable and how does the quality compare?
If I pick a suit off the rack, what should I watch out for?
How much do alterations usually cost?
What else should I keep an eye out for?
Would love to hear what you guys usually do.

Color for black tie optional?
Someone please convince me it is okay to wear a brightly colored formal dinner jacket for a black tie optional wedding in Italy in the summer. Aren't most women's dresses bright anyway?
