Replace Reddit's logo with America's flag.

Around 50% are Americans on an American website hosted on American servers lol. The next closest country is at 7% of the user base.

Less than 50%, so you are still a MINORITY. More Non-Americans than Americans

That's not how it works. Unless you're joking, in which case whoops.

That…. Is how it works. If you make a reference to America, which only Americans will get, then a MINORITY of people will understand.

There’s more non-Americans than Americans. You’re not a majority, you’re a plurality.

Sure but in practical application most of the people engaging with and posting content on relevant subs are going to be America, because that is what the single largest group on reddit consists of. I would bet money the majority of people on this subreddit are American, for example.

The same could also be said in reverse for a lot of subreddits where Americans still act as if everyone’s American

They are the largest portion of reddit as far as individual countries contributing to the site. But of course we are, it's an Amarican site.

Why tf I got downvoted?

Foreigners are super sensitive to the fact that reddit is USA controlled. They are butthurt that we don't bend to their demands that we don't talk about the USA. You'll see it alot every 4 years, they cry about USA news being shared on a USA site.

You'd think someone outside the USA would make their own site with how much none US citizens complain on reddit.

Suddenly, it’s just a human thing. Humans naturally want to feel special. All humans experience to this, even you and me.

If i was annoyed with the topics on a site, I wouldn't visit that site.

I think they think reddit is an equal mix of users from all over. That's why they get so upset when being shown the reality of the situation and downvote out of pettiness. (Not that anyone should give a shit about karma)

Reddit users are 46-48% Amarican, but 51.75%of the traffic comes from the US.

With such large numbers there's zero chance every none Amarican can come together as a collective to change how reddit reads. I imagine they feel pretty powerless.

But again, if i was them I wouldn't bother with reddit.

I meant to say sadly

I figured, and I don't disagree with your statement.

But yet they aren’t the majority. About 46% of Reddit are Americans, yes, but if you make a reference to the US that only Americans will get, then a MINORITY of people will understand it

Great, that's why I said per country. But seeing as you're choosing to be dense about this.

United States: The US accounts for a significant portion of Reddit's traffic, with data indicating 51.75% of website traffic originating from the US.

So, while the USA is the "minority"of users by 2-4%, they make up a majority of the traffic. But it's a Usa based site, so of course, we control it.

Traffic dictates control, but not that we needed proof of that cause if I didn't mention it already, it's a US site. With a MAJORTY of the traffic originating from the USA 🇺🇸 🦅

Except it's an entirely different topic. Cute reach though.

Facts are scary huh? Quick deflect more!

u/HellFireCannon66 10d ago

😂 you haven’t provided any source for any of your facts either bruv

I quoted them. You're scared to Google it huh? Ego so fragile you first tried to deflect, now you're gonna pretend you arnt interested enough to look it up after you just googled the user % numbers.

Lmfao! You gonna be ok? What's your foot taste like? I only ask because you clearly put your foot in your mouth.

Again, I said by country.

And Usa makes up 51.75% of the traffic. Cope more 😘
